The Hilton Central School District has a vacancy for an Assistant Principal's Secretary at the High School.   This is a 12 month, 7.5 hour/day position to support Assistant Principal and school clerical work.  This position requires the Civil Service title of Office Clerk III, therefore only those candidates who are currently working in this title, or whose name appears on the current Civil Service eligible list will be considered.

Directly responsible for clerical duties related to the counseling office and managing calendars and appointments. Excellent computer skills, including ability to quickly learn, attention to detail, ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to multi-task in a busy office setting. Works closely with counselors as well as the College and Career Secretary and the Student Information Specialist. This is a 12 month, 7.5 hour/day position.
