Duties Include:

  • Diagnose problems and troubleshoot repairs on equipment such as Chromebooks, laptops, copiers, printers, and panels.
  • Responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of various types of technology
  • Provide customer service based support to end users through multiple modes such as in-person, phone, and remote

$21.07 Per HCSEA Contract
