Installation and support of the operation of the district technology Diagnose and resolve technology issues for staff and students Travel between district locations to support and install technology Maintain standard configurations of desktops, laptops, and tablets Assists with maintaining the accuracy of technology inventory records Work in ticketing system to identify trends, notify department leadership, and troubleshoot solutions Work with department leadership, department members, and/or end users on creating processes and procedures Create systems documentation and ‘tip-sheets’ Assist department leadership in software system administration	$23.03 Per HCSEA Contract
