Job Description

Internal Posting - Open to current HCSD certified teachers only

This program prioritizes students who will benefit from continuity of learning throughout the summer.  This program is for students entering grades 7 and 8 in the Fall of 2026.  The program will be held at Merton Williams Middle School and runs Monday - Thursday, July 13, 2026 - July 30, 2026.  There will be a staff day on July 10, 2026. 

Internal Candidates ONLY

• Secondary ELA Teacher	Secondary Science Teacher
  Secondary Social Studies Teacher	Secondary Mathematics Teacher
  Secondary Counselor

Program Dates:  Monday - Thursday (July 13, 2026* - July 30, 2026) *Staff Day on July 10, 2026. 

Job Qualifications

New York State English 7-12, Social Studies 7-12, Mathematics 7-12, Science 7-12, School Counselor 7-12.  Certification is required.   Preference will be given to those available every week of the program.
