Job Description

The school seeks outstanding coaches who will work to enhance the athletic program in the Hilton Central School District.  Salary will be commensurate with the current coaching contract and based on experience.  

Fall 2026-27

Bowling

Cheerleading

1. Varsity Cheerleading Head Coach
2. Cheerleading Program Assistant Coach
3. Modified A Cheerleading Head Coach

Cross Country

1. Varsity Boys Cross Country Head Coach
2. Modified A Boys & Girls Cross Country Head Coach

Field Hockey

1. Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach
2. JV Field Hockey Head Coach

Football

1. Varsity Football Head Coach
2. Varsity Foodball Assistant Coach

Job Qualifications

The district seeks a candidate who will:

• Possess proper certification.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches within the 7-12 program.
• Perform all job duties required of the position both in season and out of season.
• Emphasize academics, chemical free participation and sportsmanship.
• Encourage multiple sport participation by team members.
• Participation and/or coaching experience preferred, but not mandatory.
