Anticipated 1.0 FTE School Social Worker (Alternative Education Program), Probationary @ High School *

Job Qualifications

• New York State School Social Worker Certification or certificate of internship is required.
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting is required.
• Work collaboratively with students, families, and staff in the high school's Alternative Education program.
• Provide social and emotional support.
• Coordinate additional support of agencies, services or therapeutic programs within the community for students.
